Every Tier 1 item gets a two-step check. First, our AI reviews the item's photos against brand and construction references. Then a Hexxo authenticator reviews the result and makes the final call, so no item passes on AI alone. It's fast, and every item is verified end to end before it ships to you.
Listing is free. Sales under $200 carry 0% fees; above that, a flat 8% applies. Payouts hit your account after the buyer receives the item.
Sellers have 2 business days to ship to us. After authentication, buyers usually receive orders in 5–7 business days total.
You get a full refund, including shipping. The seller is notified and the item is returned to them.
All sales are final once authenticated, unless the item arrives damaged or not as described. Open a request within 3 days of delivery.
