Terms & Agreements

By creating an account, browsing listings, or using any part of Hexxo (the "Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreements ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 16. Continuing to use Hexxo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or transact on Hexxo. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts can't be sold, transferred, or shared.
• Tell us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Hexxo connects buyers and sellers of sneakers, streetwear, and accessories, and supports three core flows: buying a listed item, selling an item you own (including "Sell to Us" offers), and trading items directly with another user.

Hexxo is a marketplace, not the seller of record for peer-to-peer listings. We facilitate the transaction, hold payment until conditions are met, and route items through authentication where applicable — but the underlying sale or trade is between the buyer and the seller.

Certain listings and trades require items to pass through our authentication facility before they're released to the buyer or trade partner. We currently offer three tiers:

Authentication confirms an item matches the brand and model it's listed as, based on the tier selected. It is not an appraisal of condition, market value, or fitness for a particular purpose. Items that fail authentication are returned to the seller and the transaction is canceled, minus any applicable authentication fee.

Hexxo charges a service fee on completed sales and a separate fee for authentication, shown to you before you confirm a listing, purchase, or trade. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners; Hexxo never stores your full card or bank details.

Seller payouts are released after the buyer's order clears authentication (where required) and any return window has passed. We may withhold or reverse a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud, a counterfeit item, or a Terms violation.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, size, and photos. Misrepresenting an item is a violation of these Terms and may result in payout reversal and account suspension.

You may not list or trade:

• Items you know or suspect to be counterfeit or replica.
• Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
• Items prohibited by law in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.
• Anything outside Hexxo's supported categories (sneakers, streetwear, and accessories).

Sellers and trade participants ship items to the address and carrier we provide, with tracking, within the window shown at checkout. Risk of loss for an item in transit to our authentication facility sits with the seller until we confirm receipt; risk of loss for an item shipped from us to a buyer sits with Hexxo until delivery is confirmed.

Missed shipping deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the sale or trade.

Items that fail authentication, or arrive materially different from their listing, are eligible for a refund or trade reversal under our Buyer Protection process. To start a dispute, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We'll review evidence from both parties and may request the item back before issuing a refund. Hexxo's decision on authentication-related disputes is final; decisions on condition-related disputes can be appealed once with new evidence.

Treat other users and our authentication staff fairly. You agree not to:

• Circumvent the Platform to complete a transaction off-platform once it's been initiated on Hexxo.
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or release timing through false claims.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Platform without our written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another user or staff member.

The Hexxo name, logo, and Platform design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks shown on listings belong to their respective brand owners; their appearance on Hexxo doesn't imply sponsorship or endorsement of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is." Authentication reduces but doesn't eliminate the risk of receiving a misrepresented item, and Hexxo doesn't guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, error-free listings from third-party sellers, or any particular resale value for items purchased through us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexxo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us on the transaction giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost resale value.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hexxo harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your listings, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or repeatedly fail authentication checks. Pending transactions at the time of termination are resolved under the dispute process in Section 8 wherever possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hexxo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Texas, Tarrant County

We'll post updates to this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll also notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
